Once again, it's been a long time since I have written. I guess I should write. Firstly, school. School actually isn't that bad. I don't really mind it at all. I don't like going everday but the classes are not half as bad as last semester. At first I was having a hard time in IB Math, but I got a 100 on my test!! So I'm getting better!! HEHE! Something really cool happened on Friday. We were talking about drawing on the board and how your arm starts to hurt after awhile and I told Ms. Paulson she should go on the TV show Survivor where they have to hold their arm up as long as possible. She then told us that sometime in class she would let us have a competition to see who could hold up our arms the longest. Suddenly about 10 people in the room lifted their arm above their head. I was one of them. She told us that we could do it now if we really wanted to but we had to continue to take notes with our dominate hand. By the end of the class period there were only 4 left. Next was lunch. So we had to walk to lunch with our hands up. I did it and when I got there I was the only one left. So I therefore won. hehe! My biology class is ok. I still love Mr. Van Treek's class. Senor Hedges is a bit ecentric to say the least but the class usually goes by semi-fast.
Dance is going well. I'm now taking Tap, Jazz, Salsa, Hip Hop, and Stepping. I know that's only 4 classes but two of them I take twice a week now. Modeling is going well. I don't really consider myself a "model type" but...that's ok. Um...Violin is awesome. I actually really enjoy playing it and I hope to become good one day.
Now for updates. Last Saturday night I baby-sat. Nothing big. Then on Sunday I went to Alanna's house for a hang out with some friends. It was in her kitchen and she had the lights dimm with a ton of candles. It was more of a chill thing. We just sat and talked and stuff. I really enjoyed it. Besides the fact that I got a sty in my eye.
The next day was Martin Luther King Jr. Day and we had school off. Our church went to a Gladiators game. I brought Alex with me.
THIS Friday I got home from school, swam at LAfitness, and then Colin and Derek came over. We finished watching Airplane. It's a really good movie. Just funny mostly. Colin is hilarious. Then we went out to Chili's. That was fun. We ate two appetizers of Chips and Cheese Dip, I had a HUGE Bacon Burger with Fries, and a molten chocolate volcano cake. It was SO GOOD! Once we finished with that we went to Colin's house and played basketball. On the way home we sang Kelly Clarkson and "I believe in a thing called love." with the windows rolled down. Wow, it was so awesome!!
Saturday morning I had basketball. We won. I watched the boys game. Zach's team beats the snot out of whoever they play. haha...um....What was good though was when Zach was leaving I jumped in the back of his truck and he started going fast and then slammed on his breaks so that I rammed into the glass on the truck. It was pretty hilarious. Then I had modeling. Then I had a violin lesson. After that I went to Alanna and Natalie's Fondu party. It was SO much fun. The food was SOOOO GOOD! I stuffed my face. . I just finished taking a nap and now I have to go do my homework. LATER!!

Wow, I have a lot to write about. Christmas was good. I got a video camera. Other than that I got a really nice pillow and such. It was just nice to be able to be with the family.
That Monday I spent the whole day preparing for my party. I went to LAfitness and such. Then Tuesday night was my party. It started at 6:30 and NO one was there by then. John was because his little "band" was going to play. So they were setting up. By 7:00 there were about 12 people there. However, by 8:00 there were at least 30 people there. By the end of the night at least 60 people had come to my house. It was so awesome. We played DDR, danced, and did Karaoke. I would have to say that the highlights of the night was the dancing, jumping in the trampoline with Zach, Kyle, Chris, Caroline, and Alisha, because it was just funny to get double bounced a thousand times, and seeing Zach drop it like it's hot was HILARIOUS...pretty much the whole thing was amazing. So I'm going to start having them once every two months or so!! EEK!!
Wed. night I went bowling with Kyle, Zach, Kelli, Amanda Roney, Chris, and Patrick. That was a ton of fun. Zach doubled my score all three times we played. We played it just us two. Then we decided to go to Brusters...which was closed...
Thursday night I went ice skating with Zach, Amanda and Conner Day, and Amanda Anderson. Amanda is about the worst ice skater I've ever been around. Zach held the wall most of the time, and Amanda did remarkably well with a brace around her leg because of the surgery she had. Conner was very good and I was probably about the same as Conner a little worse. After that we went to Zach's house and began watching The Longest Yard but I didn't get to finish because I had to go home.
Friday I went to Shareena's party. It was awesome. It was nice to see all my friends again. I just hung out and watched the boys play pool. Then I watched Mr. And Mrs. Smith with Colin and some of the other kids. It was lots of fun as well.
Tonight, I went to the Roswell Stake New Years Eve Dance. It was ok. There weren't that many people there. However, I totally rocked it up with Amanda and Conner Day, Amanda Anderson, Kyle, Dankels, Ashley Haycock and myself.
Other than that I have just been scrap booking and such. I really need to start doing homework though...oh well...life is too much fun to worry and work on school work during breaks. hehe!!
I g2g bed though. I'm DEAD tired!! NIGHT!

I guess I should write an entry for my 17th birthday party on the 20th...otherwise I'm going to forget stuff.
I spent Sunday night, most of Monday, and all of Tuesday before my party setting up and cleaning. I decorated the whole play room and theater room with black light paint and paper. It looks really good. (it's still up because I'm having another party on Tuesday for the Stake Youth). Anyway, the party was a "dress up like a famous person/character/character from a movie." I dressed up as Elle Woods from "Legally Blonde." After almost everyone arrived we ate and I took pictures with everyone and such. It was WAY FUN! My personal favorite costumes were Kayla's, she came as the "Superstar!" girl, Colin, Jason, and Derek's, they came as the three amigos, and Lee came as a Fireman. They looked pretty awesome. The best was definitely when the three amigos arrived because they were all like "OLE! OLE! OLE! HOLA!!" And all this junk. They even brought mini guitars and Colin played "La Bamba." It was SO FUNNY! Then, we went downstairs and hung out and everyone played DDR. There was one present that I decided that I HAD to open while everyone was there, Colin, Derek, Jason, Joe, and Lee's present. I HAD to open that one. I knew it was going to be good. I got a Barbie Card that said I had the look, the hair, and the style and blablabla...and then it told me to check out my new ride in the driveway. I went out and found a tricycle. I brought it in and Colin proceeded to explain that they "made it" (aka assembled it) and did it more proficiently because they ended up with an extra bolt... ...They called it the "Barbie Tough Trike" because you know I'm all tough and stuff...fits me perfectly. I rode it down my stairs once. But then Austin should us how it was done. He went, no more like "fell" down the stairs with the tricycle falling on top of him. And then he hit the bottom which is tile. He did that about...5 times. I got it on tape twice. We partied. I got "party boyed" by all the guys. I also got tackled, Dog-piled on top of, wrestled with, and pinned to the ground many times. Kayla and I did our "black girl" dance and we just goofed around. It was SO much fun. Wow, I love my friends. I laughed just about the whole time. It was definitely an amazing birthday!! EEK!!
g2g, DEAD tired,

| SCHOOL'S OUT FOR THE CHRISTMAS BREAK!! YEEHAA!!! The only bad thing is that Thursday school got canceled so I have to take my physics final when I get back which is going to suck. But for now, that's flippin' AWESOME!! I'm OUT OF SCHOOL!! Friday night I went to my modeling class and then me and Meganne went to my ward party for a half hour and then we went to the Jeffrey Steele concert at The Swallow At the Hollow. It was SO AWESOME! He's SO TALENTED! He played until 2:00am.
Today I woke up at 8:30 and when and woke Heidi up because she got home from college last night at 2:00am. It was so awesome to see her. I talked with her for about 3 hours and ate breakfast with them. Then I left so that she could be with her family. I went home. Took a quick nap and then John and Blaze came over to audition to play for my party I'm having with all the youth from the stake. Once that got over I had to learn half a dance for the performance that night and then get ready for it. I modeled and then performed 3 hip hop dances...I didn't do as well at my Hip-Hop Dances as I did the first night. Not a big deal though. There will be many others.
Then I went to King Kong with Alex and Lee. It was SUCH A GOOD MOVIE!!! I LOVED IT! I CRIED TWICE!! And it was nice to hang out with two of my buds!!
g2g, SO TIRED,

| Yesterday was my birthday. It was pretty good. Nothing terrible happened at school. It just really stinks to have your birthday the week of finals. Everyone is so stressed out and those I thought would remember forgot completely. I understand of course. It just hurt when my Grandpa called and had to tell me about other things and didn't even mention my birthday. Many people called me and in my hopes that they were going to wish me a happy birthday, they told me they needed to go. Although there were major highlights. I received a HUGE cake from the Wadsworths to wish me a happy birthday. That felt awesome. Wendy made my day because she called me even though I haven't talked to her in months. Actually, I was really surprised with who remembered my birthday. Harris, Jennifer, Tina, and a few others remembered. It made me feel good. The best part though was a letter I received today from my mom. My mom is the best. I would like to make a public statement that if it were not for my mom, I would not be the young woman I am today. She knows how to cheer me up when I am down and show me the light when I'm lost in darkness. She understands me. I have never felt so loved as when I am with my mom. She is the one person I have never felt judged by. She relieves my stress and dries my tears. She knows all my secrets. She heals my wounded heart after it is broken and listens to my complaints. My mom knows when I need to hear certain things and when it's better to let me figure it out. She is my role model and my very best friend.
Every accomplishment I have ever made is because of my parents. They are my iron rod. They are my strength. I have learned to walk tall and stand as a witness of God because of them. I would not have my testimony of the Savior if they had not taught me who he was. It is to them that I owe everything. I love them with all my heart,
